Despite our being immersed in intensive study for National College Entrance Examination as senior three students, my school still spares time for sporting, two regular classes of PE on Tuesday and Friday respectively, where we enjoy relaxation from mental tension, making us more energetic. Besides, our sports centre is open to us for one hour after the school classes with diversity of options, basketball, football, table tennis, badminton and activities on field and track field.QMz答案圈

I prefer jogging for around 40 minutes before our dinner time on weekdays. I love the tranquil mood while running along the plastics track on the playground, excising while recollecting my thoughts.
