How to stay healthy
As we all know, health is much more important than wealth. Good health makes us enjoy our life and achieve all our dreams. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing. But do you really know how to stay healthy? Here are some useful tips.
Firstly, it is very important for us to eat more fruits and vegetables, we have to keep a balanced diet.So we should avoid eating food with lots of sugar and fat. Secondly, we'd better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure.Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that do harm to our health, such as drinking and smoking.
In a word, if we take the advice given above and keep a good mood, we will have good health. I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body.
